Charlotte Feeny
Relationships / Anxiety / Self-Esteem / Bereavement / Sense of MeaningWorks with Adults, Couples, & Families
I’m Charlotte and I have been working at Solis for over six years. I provide counselling/therapy for adults, couples and families. I have a wide variety of experience but if I had to choose a speciality I’d say it was relationships, whether it be when working with couples or families, and also individuals trying to understand the relationships they are in. Relationships are so fundamental to our lives, we are programmed to want to connect, so working on these can make a massive difference to the way we feel.
I work in Solis on Tuesday and Thursday, from late morning to early evening, with the last appointment I offer starting at 17.30. Please take a look at my website for more information.

Megan
Self-Esteem / Relationships / Anxiety & Depression / Grief & Loss / Life Transitions / Feeling StuckWorks with Adults & Young Adults
I’m Megan and I support clients in making space for their thoughts, emotions and experiences without judgment – fostering growth, resilience and a greater sense of freedom in how they relate to themselves and their lives. My approach is rooted in the belief that we all have the capacity for healing, growth, and change – even if it may not feel like it.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic models, I’ll support you in developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion, helping you to notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and your experiences.
I have availability on Mondays and Fridays at Solis and offer a no obligation free 20 minute chat to explore whether you’d like to work with me.
